Rules and conditions of entry
- Entry to Rose Cottage Stud assumes acceptance of the shows rules and conditions
- No liability will be accepted by the organisers or proprietors for any loss, damage, or accident to horse. Spectators, Competitors or Property.
- The committee reserve the right to alter, cancel classes if necessary. Also to refuse entry without any given reason.
- Correct riding attire must be worn when competing, riding hats MUST be worn when mounted and it is strongly advised that riding hats conforming to BS EN 1384 and PAS 015 or above are worn.
- Rose Cottage Stud is a strictly NON SMOKING establishment.
- No Dogs Allowed.
- Please ensure that your competitor Number is clearly visible.
- The judges decision in all cases will be final.
- Please do not lunge your horse on site.
- Horses and Ponies must be 4 years of age or older on the day of the show.
- All entries must be accompanied by the correct fee and paid for by the start of the class.
- Each rider will be charged £4.00 extra towards the cost of first aid.
- Substitution of entries. A rider may request to substitute a horse/pony for a class he/she has entered, if the secretary is so advised before the start of the class.
- Horse and Rider may not be substituted – This is in effect a completely different entry
- The paddocks are used for grazing between shows. Please therefore ensure that your vehicle is not mucked out in the parking areas.
- Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the bins provided, or taken home with you.
- Please ensure that the practice fence is jumped with the red wing on your right and white on your left for safety purposes.
Refreshments will be available from 9.00am
Entries must be in 7 days prior to show date. Late entries may be accepted if classes are not full.
